Medical records
In Med24, the doctor has access to your medical records, test results, photos of your ailment, which you attach before or during the consultation.
He also has access to your visit history and prescription history at Med24. This is a great convenience for both the patient and the doctor.
Medical documentation may include:
- medical certificate
- information sheet from hospital treatment
- certificate, ruling, medical opinion
- disease history
Recommendations after the visit you will receive by email, which will include:
- a pdf file with the issued L4
- a scan of the prescription
- a scan of the referral
Additionally - you will receive the prescription code and the referral code by SMS.
Worth knowing:
Online prescriptions will be filled at the pharmacy by entering the prescription code and pesel. E-prescriptions can also be filled by scanning the barcode on the prescription. Remember that e-prescription is not a medical record, so it is not the basis for issuing another prescription for continued treatment. The decision is always made by a medical consultant during the consultation.
Sick leave can be downloaded independently from IKP (Internet Patient Account) within 7 days of its issuance. On the other hand, from the PUE ZUS account, the ability to download occurs within 48 hours. ZUS is responsible for the timing of the generation of exemptions. Med24 has no influence on how quickly the dismissal will be visible on IKP and PUE ZUS.
E-referral is valid in private facilities and for hospital treatment under the National Health Fund.
Doctor's certificate e.g. about your health condition - you will also receive by email after the visit.
