Standard Visits
For an appointment with a specialist, select the day, the range of hours you can visit and a list of available doctors will appear, on the date of your choice.
Express Visits
Wait up to 15 minutes to contact a doctor
The system automatically assigns a doctor to your visit

If you have chosen the form of video contact, you will receive a text message notifying you of the start of your visit
If the video call with the doctor will take place via the website, a moment before your consultation appointment, wait for the call on the subpage of your visit.
SIGN IN/ REGISTER
After selecting the "Order" button:
- Registration - new users will be redirected to registration - in order to conduct a visit, you are asked to register in the system and provide the data necessary for the doctor to conduct the visit (personal information and contact information for the doctor)
- Logging in - if you are already a registered patient and have previously logged out of the system, you will be asked to log in again
- Logged in patient will be immediately redirected to process payment for the visit
Pay a visit
After selecting the order button when you are already a logged-in patient, you will be redirected to Blue Media's secure payment page. Here, make the payment for your medical visit.
After payment is processed, you will receive an SMS and email confirming your visit.
Send photo or medical records
Through the app or via the website, you can send the doctor photos of problematic body parts, test results or medical documentation confirming a previous diagnosis - such as a hospital discharge card.
This can be done both before and during the visit.
See how it works!
- Go to "Your visits"
- Select the visit to which you want to attach a photo or medical record
- Click the "Upload photo/documentation" button
- One by one, select the documents and photos you want to present to the doctor - files must be in JPG and PDF formats
- The attached files will be visible under the caption "Sent files". - check that the number of them matches
- The doctor will review them by checking your patient chart
Consultation with a doctor
Standard Visits
At the appointed time (+/- 15 min.) the doctor will contact you through the communication channel of your choice.
Express Visits
Within 15 minutes of paying for your visit, your doctor will contact you through the communication channel of your choice.
After a completed visit, you will receive:
- recommendations after consultation by email
- e prescriptions, e-referrals by email and SMS
- sick leave online, medical certificates by email
